  Construction of an International Training Node at Umroi, Assam.

  Challenge

  The time allotted to us for complete execution is 3 months, and it is challenging to manufacture supplies and install them at a site within this time frame.

  Solution

  We took the project on high priority and set up our team for fast manufacturing, and in the meantime, our installation team reached the site. We increased the team size at the site and finished the project within the given time frame.

  Following this project, several other projects received approval from the Army General.
